Leading a team of Bodily Injury Claims Adjusters, the fully remote California Licensed Bodily Injury Associate Manager will drive operational excellence, coach team members, and ensure quality claim outcomes while maintaining compliance with company standards and state regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manages and oversees performance of vendors and team members
• Oversees negotiation of highly complex claim settlements and resolution of customer conflicts
• Analyzes unit reports to support achievement of business unit objectives
