Job Summary
To support a dynamic and growing organization, the full-time California Licensed Bookkeeper will manage client-related functions, assist account teams with insurance bonding solutions, and serve as a primary point of contact for customers in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities:
- Responds to account team requests and resolves client issues promptly
- Assists in producing client proposals, analyses, and presentations as needed
- Manages billing and receivable activities for specific accounts
Required qualifications:
- Two years of business experience
- Experience with insurance accounting is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to pursue additional insurance coursework as necessary
