Job Summary

To support a dynamic and growing organization, the full-time California Licensed Bookkeeper will manage client-related functions, assist account teams with insurance bonding solutions, and serve as a primary point of contact for customers in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:
  • Responds to account team requests and resolves client issues promptly
  • Assists in producing client proposals, analyses, and presentations as needed
  • Manages billing and receivable activities for specific accounts
Required qualifications:
  • Two years of business experience
  • Experience with insurance accounting is a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to pursue additional insurance coursework as necessary
