Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the full-time California Licensed Bookkeeper will manage client accounts, assist in billing and receivables, and respond to account team requests while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Responds to account team requests and resolves client issues
- Assists in producing client proposals, analyses, and presentations
- Manages billing and receivable activities for specific accounts
Required qualifications:
- Two years of business experience
- Experience with insurance accounting is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Willingness to take additional insurance coursework as needed
