Job Summary

To support a growing organization, the full-time California Licensed Bookkeeper will manage client accounts, assist in billing and receivables, and respond to account team requests while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:
  • Responds to account team requests and resolves client issues
  • Assists in producing client proposals, analyses, and presentations
  • Manages billing and receivable activities for specific accounts
Required qualifications:
  • Two years of business experience
  • Experience with insurance accounting is a plus
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to take additional insurance coursework as needed
