Job Summary

A company is looking for a Broker Sales Support Specialist to assist Ambetter Brokers and the Sales team with commission and contracting inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist brokers with provider issues and determine if escalation is necessary
  • Research commission issues to determine broker payment eligibility and authorize corrections when applicable
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to engage brokers for membership retention and organizational goal achievement
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of customer service or health insurance industry experience
  • Department of Insurance Life/Health License required or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire
