Job Summary
A company is looking for a Broker Sales Support Specialist to assist Ambetter Brokers and the Sales team with commission and contracting inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist brokers with provider issues and determine if escalation is necessary
- Research commission issues to determine broker payment eligibility and authorize corrections when applicable
- Collaborate with the Sales team to engage brokers for membership retention and organizational goal achievement
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ year of customer service or health insurance industry experience
- Department of Insurance Life/Health License required or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire
