Job Summary

A company is looking for a Broker Sales Support Specialist I to support Ambetter Brokers and the Sales team with commission and contracting inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle provider issues raised by brokers via calls or emails
  • Research commission issues to determine broker payments and escalate as necessary
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve member-related issues and ensure documentation is complete
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or the health insurance industry
  • Department of Insurance Life/Health License required or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire
