Job Summary

To support clinical research initiatives, the fully remote California Licensed Budget Negotiator will be responsible for regulatory coordination, managing study documents, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and university regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate regulatory aspects of clinical research studies within assigned units or departments
• Prepare, manage, and submit all required study and regulatory documents to meet internal and external requirements
• Collaborate with study monitors to process and review regulatory documents in compliance with applicable laws and policies

Required qualifications

• California Licensed Budget Negotiator certification
• Experience in regulatory coordination for clinical research studies
• Knowledge of FDA and sponsor requirements related to clinical research
• Ability to manage and submit complex study documentation accurately
• Familiarity with federal, state, and university regulations governing clinical research
