California Licensed Business Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an experienced Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and analyze business requirements, including conducting system impact and gap analysis
• Collaborate with client programs to streamline business processes and create stakeholder engagement plans
• Develop project documentation and facilitate reviews with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience applying analytical processes on IT projects
• Bachelor's degree; additional experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification or equivalent is required
• At least two (2) years of experience supporting California Department of Technology Project Approval Lifecycle (CDT PAL) Stage 2-4 projects
• Experience with Accela Civic Platform or similar licensing and enforcement modules is preferred
