California Licensed Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support user acceptance testing in Service Operations, the full-time California Licensed Business Analyst will develop UAT strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in developing and refining UAT strategies and methodologies for Service Operations
- Collaborate with project managers and teams to define UAT scope, objectives, and execute test plans
- Act as a liaison for UAT-related communications, providing updates on progress and compliance with regulatory requirements
Required qualifications
- High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred, with experience considered in lieu of degree
- 4+ years of relevant experience in business analysis and user acceptance testing
- Experience in financial services systems analysis and development
- Familiarity with UAT methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) desired
