California Licensed Business Analyst

Job Summary

To support the residential lending systems, the fully remote California Licensed Business Analyst will serve as a business expert responsible for system enhancements, user support, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with various departments to ensure project implementation and post-implementation satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Determine business line system needs and consult on current application issues and enhancements
• Prepare and present business and system requirements, and conduct user and quality assurance testing
• Provide system application support and prepare documentation on system enhancements for training purposes

Required qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a business analyst or operations analyst supporting loan origination systems
• Hands-on experience in system design, testing, and production support, including writing business requirements
• Experience working in the financial industry, specifically in consumer and mortgage lending
• Knowledge of federal/state regulatory policies and software development methodologies
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
