California Licensed Business Consultant

Job Summary

To support financial advisors in enhancing their practices, the full-time California Licensed Business Consultant will organize and execute business projects, provide consultation and guidance, and analyze data to formulate actionable recommendations for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Organize and execute assigned business projects on behalf of clients, including recruiting and promotional campaigns
• Meet with clients to assess situations and collect information through various methods
• Analyze data to identify areas of improvement and present solutions to clients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Administration, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry and consulting
• Familiarity with business management software (e.g., Salesforce, Redtail, E-Money)
• Series 7, 63, 65, and/or 66 licenses
