Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Business Development to drive growth and support strategic initiatives in the crypto space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage new enterprise clients and partners through existing networks and proactive outreach
• Partner with the sales team to structure strategic deals and ensure seamless transitions during handoffs
• Collaborate with marketing to execute targeted outbound campaigns and maintain accurate sales records

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise partnerships or business development in the payments or crypto industries
• Demonstrated success in initiating and sourcing new enterprise deals and partnerships
• A strong enterprise and fintech network, preferably based in Silicon Valley
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about innovation
• Must be based in California, ideally in Silicon Valley
