Job Summary
To support a respected San Francisco business law firm, the full-time California Licensed Business Litigation Attorney will manage cases involving commercial disputes, owner disputes, and real estate litigation, while working in a hybrid environment that allows for remote flexibility.
Key responsibilities
- Handle business litigation matters from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation
- Work directly with clients to provide strategic legal guidance aligned with their business objectives
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement discussions while collaborating with attorneys across practice areas
Required qualifications
- California Bar admission required
- 4+ years of litigation experience preferred
- Experience in business litigation, commercial litigation, or real estate litigation strongly preferred
- Trial experience preferred
- Strong legal writing and case management skills
