California Licensed Business Litigation Attorney

Job Summary

Seeking a California Licensed Business Litigation Attorney with 5-15 years of litigation experience, the full-time remote position will manage sophisticated commercial matters, represent clients in court, and develop litigation strategies while working independently.

Key responsibilities

• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and trials
• Draft, review, and argue motions and other legal documents
• Manage all aspects of a litigation caseload from intake through resolution

Required qualifications

• 5 to 15 years of experience in civil/business litigation
• Significant trial, deposition, and motion practice experience
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active bar license in good standing in California preferred
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
