California Licensed Business Manager

Job Summary

To enhance the Business Management and Family Office practice, the full-time California Licensed Business Manager will generate new business opportunities, maintain client relationships, and oversee multi-jurisdictional planning while working in a dynamic environment that allows for flexibility.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and identify opportunities for new business through networking and practice development
• Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations and ensure satisfaction
• Oversee multi-jurisdictional planning in accordance with SALT and International tax groups

Required qualifications

• 9-14 years of experience in the business management or family office industry, or 6-9 years with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Prior wealth management and estate planning experience
• Active CPA, EA, CFP, or PFS preferred but not required
• Strong technical skills focused on quality and business acuity
• Leadership experience with a focus on talent development and entrepreneurial innovation
