Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Business Ops Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage customer adoption plans in collaboration with Major Area Leaders
• Monitor performance metrics and customer health indicators to identify risks and opportunities
• Prepare executive materials and facilitate communication to drive stakeholder alignment and support adoption initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in business operations, customer success operations, or program management, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Strong AI aptitude and experience with AI-powered tools for analytics and workflow automation
• Experience in headcount planning, capacity modeling, and resource allocation
• Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with customer success metrics such as GRR, NPS, and adoption metrics
