California Licensed Business Solutions Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Solutions Analyst to provide IT services in support of Client Solution projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes and systems to develop business and technical context
• Develop gap analysis, data conversion and migration plans, and project roadmaps
• Create mid-level requirements and a requirements traceability matrix, and respond to stakeholder comments

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of analytical experience on IT projects within the last ten (10) years
• At least three (3) years of experience in business systems analysis and design within the last ten (10) years
• Bachelor's degree required; additional experience may substitute for education
• One (1) year of experience supporting government/nonprofit IT procurement activities within the last ten (10) years
• Experience with California Project Approval Lifecycle process for complex IT projects within the last ten (10) years
