California Licensed Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
To enhance operational consistency, three California Licensed Business Systems Analysts will work remotely on a contract basis to analyze, document, and redesign business processes within ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM), translating stakeholder requirements into actionable specifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to document current-state processes and workflows within ServiceNow CSM
- Identify fragmentation and recommend paths to stabilize and enhance operational predictability
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications for ServiceNow CSM workflows
Required Qualifications
- ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) Certification required
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably within ServiceNow environments
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into system/process requirements and workflow designs
- Experience evaluating out-of-the-box platform capabilities versus custom configuration
- Must reside in California
