Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support in a benefits environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with benefit inquiries and enrollment processing using internal systems
  • Support the implementation of new clients and open enrollment setup
  • Research and resolve claims issues while updating internal systems with client benefits information
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Resident Department of Insurance Life License (required or to be completed within 3 months of start date)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite products
  • Experience utilizing internal systems such as Salesforce and SharePoint
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
