Job Summary
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support in a benefits environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with benefit inquiries and enrollment processing using internal systems
- Support the implementation of new clients and open enrollment setup
- Research and resolve claims issues while updating internal systems with client benefits information
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Resident Department of Insurance Life License (required or to be completed within 3 months of start date)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite products
- Experience utilizing internal systems such as Salesforce and SharePoint
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
