Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service and technical support, the full-time California Licensed Call Center Rep will manage inbound calls, assist clients with health benefits inquiries, and collaborate with various stakeholders while working in a flexible environment that may include remote options.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage inbound calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively
  • Build and maintain relationships with agents and enrollment counselors while enhancing the overall customer experience
  • Document information and activities accurately in the database for tracking and analysis
Required qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED with 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products for data entry and information processing
  • Ability to learn new software and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
  • Knowledge of government regulations and health benefit programs is preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish, Chinese, Korean, or Vietnamese is a plus
