Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer service and technical support, the full-time California Licensed Call Center Rep will manage inbound calls, assist clients with health benefits inquiries, and collaborate with various stakeholders while working in a flexible environment that may include remote options.
Key responsibilities
- Manage inbound calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues effectively
- Build and maintain relationships with agents and enrollment counselors while enhancing the overall customer experience
- Document information and activities accurately in the database for tracking and analysis
Required qualifications
- High School diploma or GED with 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- Proficiency in Microsoft products for data entry and information processing
- Ability to learn new software and navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Knowledge of government regulations and health benefit programs is preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish, Chinese, Korean, or Vietnamese is a plus
