Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced remote environment, the full-time California Licensed Call Center Representative will manage inbound and outbound communications, respond to customer inquiries, and support departmental projects while maintaining high accuracy and efficiency.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer inbound phone calls and provide outstanding customer service
  • Respond to customer emails and place outbound calls regarding account inquiries and follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and support administrative projects as needed
Required qualifications
  • Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 2-4 years of related customer service or call center experience
  • Previous Human Resources background is required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and experience with Salesforce preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities
