Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Care Advocate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of a 24/7 crisis intervention service
• Oversee staff performance, training, and adherence to protocols
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance service delivery and implement improvements

Required Qualifications:

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in human services (e.g., psychology, sociology)
• Active California License: LMFT, LCSW, RN, Psychologist, or LPC
• 2+ years of experience providing direct clinical services
• Experience working with diverse populations and knowledge of crisis de-escalation techniques
• Must be available 24/7
