Job Summary

To support the Continuous Care division, the full-time California Licensed Care Coordinator will manage client caseloads, build caregiver schedules, and respond to urgent staffing needs in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Continuous Care clients and their families
  • Build and maintain caregiver schedules, ensuring consistency and timely coverage
  • Manage client concerns and service recovery situations with professionalism and urgency
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in care coordination, staffing, scheduling, or operations within a licensed home care agency
  • Direct experience handling caregiver call-outs and urgent service recovery situations
  • Strong knowledge of caregiver-client matching principles
  • Exceptional communication skills across various platforms
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
