Job Summary
To support the Continuous Care division, the full-time California Licensed Care Coordinator will manage client caseloads, build caregiver schedules, and respond to urgent staffing needs in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Continuous Care clients and their families
- Build and maintain caregiver schedules, ensuring consistency and timely coverage
- Manage client concerns and service recovery situations with professionalism and urgency
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in care coordination, staffing, scheduling, or operations within a licensed home care agency
- Direct experience handling caregiver call-outs and urgent service recovery situations
- Strong knowledge of caregiver-client matching principles
- Exceptional communication skills across various platforms
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
