Job Summary

Serving as the primary contact for patients, the full-time California Licensed Care Guide will coordinate logistics, provide medication education, and liaise between patients, providers, and nursing agencies in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to patient inquiries with clarity, empathy, and efficiency
• Educate patients and providers on home infusion processes, including medication handling and administration protocols
• Schedule and confirm treatment appointments, ensuring timely and accurate care delivery

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of nursing or pharmacy experience, preferably with infusion therapy or specialty medications
• Active clinical license or certification: Registered Nurse (RN), Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT), or Medical Assistant (MA)
• Strong patient coordination or case management background
• High level of organization and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
• Available to work full-time Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours
