Managing the care management team, the full-time California Licensed Care Management Manager will oversee member care management, ensure compliance with regulations, and address escalations while working remotely on PST hours.
Key responsibilities
- Oversees care management documentation to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
- Manages escalations and complex cases, providing guidance to team members on member needs
- Contributes to the development and implementation of care management programs and policies
Required qualifications
- Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing or a Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of related experience, preferably in Utilization Management (UM) and Care Management (CM)
- California RN license required
