California Licensed Care Management Trainer

Job Summary

Responsible for onboarding and developing clinical and non-clinical Care Management staff, the full-time California Licensed Care Management Trainer will conduct educational activities, perform quality audits, and design training materials in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinates and conducts educational activities for Care Management staff, including orientation and competency validation
• Assesses and develops educational programs in response to healthcare demands and organizational goals
• Performs call and chart audits, providing coaching and targeted training based on findings

Required qualifications

• 3 years of experience in care management or a related clinical field
• Prior staff development or education experience
• Associate's Degree or higher in a clinical discipline
• Current RN or LCSW/MSW license
• Proficiency in care management systems and Microsoft Office
