Job Summary

Supporting employee transitions in the San Francisco Bay Area, the part-time California Licensed Career Coach will provide one-on-one coaching for individuals relocating or seeking new job opportunities, utilizing IMPACT Group's technology and coaching methods in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish rapport with clients and motivate them to achieve their career goals
• Guide clients through the coaching process, including resume writing and interview preparation
• Maintain electronic service delivery records and monitor client progress throughout their job search

Required qualifications

• A minimum of three years of experience in job search strategy or career coaching
• Knowledge of the Northern California job market and living conditions
• Experience with virtual coaching methodologies
• Familiarity with navigating visa challenges and career continuation scenarios is a plus
• Proficiency with technology and AI tools, including a reliable internet connection and necessary equipment for remote work
