Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified caregivers
  • Maintain employment records and ensure proper documentation for hiring processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google products
  • Experience with applicant tracking software and HR databases
  • Knowledge of recruiting methods and applicable employment laws
  • 3 to 18 months of sales experience in the service industry and/or recruiting is preferred
