Job Summary

A company is looking for a Caregiver Recruiter to manage the hiring process and maintain a pipeline of caregiver applicants.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new caregivers in compliance with state regulations
• Execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified caregivers
• Maintain employment records and ensure proper documentation for hiring processes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google products
• Experience with applicant tracking software and HR databases
• Knowledge of recruiting methods and applicable employment laws
• 3 to 18 months of sales experience in the service industry and/or recruiting is preferred
