Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new caregivers in compliance with state regulations
- Execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire qualified caregivers
- Maintain employment records and ensure proper documentation for hiring processes
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google products
- Experience with applicant tracking software and HR databases
- Knowledge of recruiting methods and applicable employment laws
- 3 to 18 months of sales experience in the service industry and/or recruiting is preferred
