Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Coordinator to ensure the quality and compliance of medical reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews of reports and ensure compliance with client specifications
• Verify that all recommendations are supported by clinical citations and that reports meet professional standards
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and provide insights on consultant quality and compliance

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of two years of clinical or related field experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and insurance claims management
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer operations
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute
