California Licensed Case Management Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Case Management, responsible for providing clinical and administrative leadership to ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with clinical care policies and procedures while monitoring patient safety
• Mentor and train teammates, while evaluating nursing competencies and overseeing staffing levels
• Participate in quality improvement projects and conduct monthly meetings to assess departmental needs

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college and/or professional certification beyond a two-year college preferred
• Graduate from an accredited school of Nursing
• Current California LVN/RN license
• Current CPR and Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association
• 3+ years of leadership experience with direct reports
