Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Manager - West Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and take ownership of patient cases from registration through post-infusion
• Establish collaborative relationships with authorized treatment centers and healthcare teams
• Communicate critical case-related information to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals

Required Qualifications

• BA or BS degree
• Six or more years of experience in a healthcare/pharmaceutical environment, including two or more years in Case Management
• Experience with patient and reimbursement support for complex therapies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
• Proven ability to work well across a matrix organization
