Job Summary
A company is looking for a CCE Engineer MTS.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate, reproduce, and diagnose complex customer issues
- Develop new debugging tools and provide timely information to improve customer satisfaction
- Mentor Technical Support and collaborate across Customer Services, R&D, and data center operations
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline
- Two years of experience in the job offered or related field
- Experience with object-oriented programming (Java and Python)
- Familiarity with SOAP and REST APIs, SQL, and AWS
- Knowledge of software quality, testing, and database management systems
