Key Responsibilities

• Offers crisis-counseling services via chat and text
• Completes risk assessments, safety planning, and follow-up with Chat/Text visitors
• Maintains accurate and detailed chat/text reports, completing documentation in real time

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet/confidential workspace
• Flexibility to work within the program's operating hours, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening, including a background check and live scan fingerprinting
