Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chat & Text Supervisor Bilingual, Per Diem.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support Spanish chat and text flow on the Crisis Line
• Monitor and ensure compliance of Spanish Bilingual Chat and Text counselors with program standards
• Provide training support and feedback for performance evaluations of Spanish Bilingual Chat and Text Counselors

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Basic supervisory skills to manage Spanish Bilingual Chat and Text Counselors
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Successfully completed the Suicide Prevention training program
