Job Summary

Key responsibilities
- Oversees the development and implementation of operational objectives and business plans for Health Services
- Collaborates with the Chief Medical Officer to implement quality improvement programs and address medical service issues
- Develops policies and targeted interventions aimed at improving health equity and reducing health disparities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing from an accredited nursing school
- At least six years in clinical operations and progressively responsible leadership positions in a healthcare setting
- Experience in developing and implementing quality and population health programs in a managed care setting
- Current unrestricted California RN license
- Certification in Health Equity and Diversity or related field within one year of hire
