California Licensed Child Therapist
Job Summary
Providing contracted virtual therapy services, the 1099 California Licensed Child Therapist will deliver evidence-based therapy and clinical assessments to children and adolescents aged 5-17+, working remotely and independently as a contractor.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct clinical assessments, diagnoses, and develop individualized care plans for clients
- Utilize evidence-based interventions and measurement-based care practices during virtual therapy sessions
- Coordinate care with parents, guardians, and educational professionals as clinically indicated
Required qualifications
- Active, unrestricted independent clinical licensure (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist)
- Authorization to independently provide clinical services within California
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning skills
- Ability to assess and respond to safety concerns, including crisis intervention
