California Licensed Civil Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Civil Engineer to lead site-related design and engineering efforts for residential prefab projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare grading, drainage, and utility plans for local jurisdiction submittals
• Ensure compliance with stormwater management requirements and prepare related plans
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants to coordinate project milestones

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience
• Civil Engineer (P.E.) license in California or ability to obtain reciprocity
• Proficient in AutoCAD and civil design workflows
• Experience with Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, and Google Workspace preferred
• Experience in residential land development or site design is preferred
