Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of civil litigation, from pre-suit investigation through trial or settlement
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
• Represent clients in depositions, mediations, court hearings, and trials

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
• Minimum 3+ years of civil litigation experience
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a remote environment
• Trial experience is a plus, but not required
