Job Summary

A company is looking for a Civil Litigation Attorney (California Licensed) for a remote interim position.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to written discovery, including Requests for Production of Documents, Interrogatories, and Requests for Admission
• Draft motions and other litigation-related pleadings
• Review and analyze medical records; prepare clear, detailed, and well-structured reports

Required Qualifications

• Active California Bar license in good standing
• Extensive experience replying to discovery in civil litigation matters
• Proven motion drafting experience
• Experience reviewing medical records and preparing case assessments or reports
• Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines in a remote environment
