Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Claim Examiner - Defense Base Act WC.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and settle complex claims using independent judgment
• Manage investigative activities and direct litigation strategy with legal counsel
• Analyze claims activity and prepare reports for clients and management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 4-8 years of technical claims investigations/settling experience
• Workers Compensation (WC) Adjuster License required according to jurisdictional requirements
• Industry designations preferred but not required (IIA, AIC, AEI, CPCU)
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects
