Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Claim Examiner-Liability.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and settle advanced, large loss, complex claims under minimal supervision
• Manage investigative activities and direct litigation strategy with legal counsel
• Establish reserves and authorize payments while ensuring timely disbursements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 4-8 years of technical claims investigations/settling experience
• Ability to work independently on various technical subjects
• Industry designations such as IIA, AIC, AEI, and/or CPCU preferred
• License requirements per state or jurisdictional regulations
