Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claim Operations Manager, Revenue Cycle Ops.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team responsible for health plan accounts receivable activities
• Monitor work queues and ensure consistent productivity and quality
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational blockers and support billing process stability

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading or mentoring team members in a fast-paced billing environment
• 2+ years of management experience and at least 6 years of revenue cycle experience
• Experience with RCM Billing Tools and payer relationships
• Coding experience, preferably with a Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certificate
• Familiarity with BI tools, such as Snowflake and Tableau
