A company is looking for a Sr. Casualty Claims Adjuster.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a caseload of line of business claims, evaluating coverage, liability, and damages
• Communicate with stakeholders to assess exposure and negotiate settlements
• Prepare reports on significant claim developments and assist in audits of TPA partners

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in General Liability/Auto claims and Premises Liability claims
• Proficiency in interpreting general liability policies and contracts
• Adjuster's License or willingness to pursue licensure within six months of hire
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Working knowledge of industry best practices and case law
