Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Casualty Claims Adjuster.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a caseload of line of business claims, evaluating coverage, liability, and damages
- Communicate with stakeholders to assess exposure and negotiate settlements
- Prepare reports on significant claim developments and assist in audits of TPA partners
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in General Liability/Auto claims and Premises Liability claims
- Proficiency in interpreting general liability policies and contracts
- Adjuster's License or willingness to pursue licensure within six months of hire
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Working knowledge of industry best practices and case law
