Job Summary

A company is looking for an Attorney-Represented Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster - PST/MST (Remote).

Key Responsibilities:

• Handles investigation regarding all aspects of bodily injury claims with discretion and independence
• Applies understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships within the company
• Determines subrogation or fraud potential and collaborates with relevant representatives for claims

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in handling homeowner, commercial, or auto liability claims
• Litigation experience may be necessary
• Ability to work 8am-5pm Pacific time zone hours
• Strong analytical skills
• Understanding of vehicle body parts and potential property damage
