Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lead Claims Adjuster Workers Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed analysis to investigate claims exposure and recommend settlement strategies
- Interact with various parties in the claims process and may recommend outside specialists
- Document and communicate claim activity efficiently while coaching and mentoring adjusters
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 7 years related claims experience
- Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
