Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Claims Adjuster Workers Compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed analysis to investigate claims exposure and recommend settlement strategies
  • Interact with various parties in the claims process and may recommend outside specialists
  • Document and communicate claim activity efficiently while coaching and mentoring adjusters
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 7 years related claims experience
  • Licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are handled
  • Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
  • Computer experience with related claims and business software
