Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster III.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage an assigned inventory of complex claim files and document relevant case facts
  • Collaborate with medical case managers to facilitate early return to work and minimize costs
  • Review and approve vocational rehabilitation plans and manage litigation processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
  • At least seven years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • A minimum of five years managing indemnity cases with complex issues
  • Possession of an SIP certificate
  • Working knowledge of California Labor Code related to workers compensation claims
