Job Summary
A company is looking for a Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster III.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned inventory of complex claim files and document relevant case facts
- Collaborate with medical case managers to facilitate early return to work and minimize costs
- Review and approve vocational rehabilitation plans and manage litigation processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- At least seven years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A minimum of five years managing indemnity cases with complex issues
- Possession of an SIP certificate
- Working knowledge of California Labor Code related to workers compensation claims
