Job Summary

Working fully remotely, the California Licensed Claims Adjuster will investigate and confirm facts of loss for advanced automobile accidents, determining coverage, liability, and damages while adjusting and negotiating claims within their authority.

Key Responsibilities

• Handles investigations regarding all aspects of advanced auto claims, exercising discretion and independence
• Learns to review, evaluate, and negotiate basic to moderate injury claims
• Applies advanced understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships within the company

Required Qualifications

• Active California insurance adjuster license
• Experience in claims adjusting, preferably at the Adjuster II level
• Knowledge of insurance policies and claims processes
• Ability to analyze and negotiate claims effectively
• Strong customer service skills to meet client needs
