Job Summary
To support a growing team, the fully remote California Licensed Claims Adjuster will manage complex workers' compensation claims, ensuring effective communication and resolution while providing exceptional customer service to claimants.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers' compensation claims while applying analytical skills for informed decision-making
- Interact extensively with various parties involved in the claim process to ensure effective communication and resolution
- Document and communicate claim activity timely and efficiently, supporting the outcome of the claim file
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 5 years related claims experience
- Appropriately licensed in California as a Claims Adjuster
- Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
- Computer experience with related claims and business software
