California Licensed Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

Working remotely within the Pacific time zone, the California Licensed Claims Adjuster will manage attorney-represented bodily injury claims, conducting investigations, determining coverage and liability, and negotiating settlements.

Key responsibilities:

• Handles investigation of all aspects of bodily injury claims, exercising discretion and independence
• Applies understanding of insurance policies to assess coverage, damages, and liability
• Identifies potential subrogation or fraud and collaborates with relevant teams to address these issues

Required qualifications:

• California Licensed Claims Adjuster certification
• Experience in handling homeowner, commercial, or auto liability claims
• Ability to work 8am-5pm Pacific time zone hours
• Litigation experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
