Job Summary

To support a growing claims management team, the fully remote California Licensed Claims Adjuster will analyze and resolve workers' compensation claims while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring effective communication with all parties involved.

Key responsibilities

• Execute decision-making to analyze claims exposure and plan appropriate resolutions
• Interact with various parties to ensure effective communication and resolution of claims
• Document and communicate claim activity in a timely manner to support outcomes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 2 years related claims experience
• Active California Adjusters' license required
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices
• Computer experience with related claims and business software
