Job Summary

Experienced in handling bodily injury claims, the fully remote California Licensed Claims Adjuster will investigate and negotiate claims, ensuring compliance with coverage and liability requirements while working within Pacific time zone hours.

Key responsibilities:

• Handles investigation of bodily injury claims, exercising discretion and independence within an increased level of authority
• Applies understanding of insurance policies and organizational relationships to adjust and negotiate claims
• Determines subrogation or fraud potential, collaborating with assigned representatives to achieve optimal outcomes

Required qualifications:

• California Licensed Claims Adjuster certification
• Experience in handling homeowner, commercial, or auto liability claims
• Ability to work 8am-5pm Pacific time zone hours
• Litigation experience may be necessary
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
